The Same Evening, Played Out Everywhere
Picture a living room at six in the evening. A parent calls out that it is time to put the tablet down and get moving. A child asks for five more minutes, then five more after that. Neither one is really winning, and both of them are a little tired of having this same conversation night after night. It is such a familiar scene that it barely even feels worth mentioning anymore, and yet it repeats itself in homes everywhere, every single day.
This is the small, ordinary moment that Kinetica was built to change. We are proud to call it the first application in our portfolio, because it carries a belief that feels worth building everything else around: a screen does not have to keep a child sitting still on the couch. Given the right kind of game, that same screen can be exactly what finally gets them up on their feet and moving.

A Panda Leads the Way
Open the app and you will find yourself in a small, sunlit world full of company. A panda in a purple headband waves hello and waits patiently by your side as you choose your first mission. A penguin warms up with a pair of tiny purple dumbbells, ready to lead the way through stretches. A turtle holds a golden trophy above its shell, grinning as though it has just won the biggest prize of the season. A cheerful monkey peeks out from behind the parent dashboard, clapping along as the numbers tick upward.
Each one of them has a job to do, far beyond simply looking cheerful on screen. The panda is the one coaxing a child into their very first squat, turning a plain exercise into something closer to a dance move borrowed from a favorite cartoon. The penguin is the one nudging a tired arm through one more wrist rotation, making a warm-up feel more like a game of follow-the-leader. By the time a session ends, a child has barely noticed that they were exercising at all. What they remember is playing with their animal friends, while their body quietly grew a little stronger along the way.

Real Movement, Watched Closely
Underneath all the colour and the cheering animals sits a piece of technology that is doing something genuinely impressive. Kinetica uses pose detection to map the human body as it moves, following seventeen key points across the arms, legs, and torso in real time. It can tell whether a squat is going low enough, whether a jump has enough lift in it, whether a bear crawl is using the whole body the way it should. Every correct rep is counted automatically, the same way a coach standing in the room would count it out loud.
That coach never gets impatient and never needs a coffee break. The instructions are written the way a child actually talks and thinks, not the way a fitness manual would explain it. Reach up like you are trying to touch the stars. Stand tall and spread your arms wide like an aeroplane finding its balance in the sky. Freeze completely still, like a statue, until the timer finally runs out. A child reads these words and instantly knows exactly what to do, while the technology behind the scenes keeps a careful, accurate eye on whether they are doing it well.

Built to Grow Alongside a Child
Nobody becomes strong in a single afternoon, and Kinetica was shaped around that simple truth rather than fighting against it. Fifteen exercises are spread across three tiers, easy, medium, and hard, so a child can begin exactly where they are rather than where an app assumes they should be. A five-year-old just starting out and a ten-year-old who has been at this for months can both open the same app and find a level that genuinely fits them.
Progress shows up in small, satisfying ways that keep a child coming back the next day. A daily streak lights up one flame at a time as the days add up, with a little badge waiting at the end of the week for anyone who keeps it going. Coins land in a piggy bank after every finished session, slowly building toward badges that stay hidden behind a locked shield until they are finally earned. A trophy shelf fills in gradually, each new addition a small, visible record of effort that actually happened. None of it feels like a chore checked off a list. All of it feels like a game worth coming back to, evening after evening.

What a Parent Gets to See
While a child is busy chasing stars and unlocking badges, a parent is quietly handed something just as valuable: a clear, simple window into how their child has actually been doing. The parent dashboard gathers the things that matter most, sessions completed, total reps performed, minutes spent moving, and a running log of recent activity, and lays it all out in a way that takes seconds to read.
There is no need to hover nearby during a workout or ask the same question every evening about how it went. By the time a parent opens the app later that night, the answer is already sitting there waiting for them, written out in real numbers instead of a guess. A quiet hope that a child is staying active turns into something a parent can actually see and trust, one session at a time.

A Promise Kept Close to Home
A story this personal, one that plays out inside a child's own bedroom or living room, deserves to be handled with real care, and that is exactly how Kinetica was built. Every part of how it works was designed around a single idea: nothing about a child needs to leave the house in order for the app to do its job well.
The camera feed stays right there on the device the whole time it is being used, with every calculation handled locally rather than sent off somewhere else to be processed. There are no servers quietly watching in the background, no uploads happening while nobody is looking, and no internet connection required at any point during a session. A parent who hands their child a phone or tablet for fifteen minutes can do so knowing that whatever happens during that workout stays exactly where it started, inside their own home.
A Story Still Being Written
Kinetica is only the opening chapter of something we hope grows much larger over time, a future where children come to see movement as a choice they make for themselves rather than a task handed down to them. A panda waving someone into their first squat today might, quite easily, be the reason that same child signs up for a sports team, picks up a dance class, or simply asks to go outside and run tomorrow.
As the very first application in our portfolio, Kinetica means a great deal to us, and we could not be happier with how its story begins. Move. Play. Grow strong.
